Photography Services Agreement

Securing Your Date, To book your session,  booking fee is required to secure your exclusive time slot. This booking fee guarantees your chosen date and time in my calendar. While this fee confirms my commitment to your session, I understand that life happens! Our flexible rescheduling policy accommodates illnesses, emergencies, or poor weather to ensure you still get your perfect photos. What happens if I need to cancel or change my booking? Since I take on a limited number of clients to guarantee the highest quality, booking fees are non-refundable and secure your specific time slot. However, your investment is safe with me. If you need to change your date due to unexpected circumstances, your booking fee can be fully transferred to a rescheduled session within 12 months. What if the weather is poor on the day of our shoot? If the weather in Wodonga or our chosen location is unfavorable (like heavy rain or extreme storms), we will simply reschedule your shoot to the next available date that suits you, and this will incur no fees or penalties due to our rescheduling policy. Lea Bic Photography Photography Services Agreement – General Sessions Welcome! This agreement outlines what you can expect when booking a photography session with Lea Bic Photography. It’s designed to keep everything clear, relaxed, and stress-free for both of us. FEES & PAYMENT A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date and exclusive time slot. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date. Please note that image delivery will not occur until full payment has been received, which ensures a smooth image delivery process. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Our cancellation policy states that booking fees are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. If the Photographer must cancel due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded or transferred to a new date. ILLNESS & SICKNESS POLICY For the safety of all clients, sessions should be rescheduled if any participant is unwell, including those exhibiting fever, vomiting, flu symptoms, contagious illness, or newborn illness. Please notify the Photographer as soon as possible to arrange a new session date. SESSION GUIDELINES NEWBORN SESSIONS Newborn safety is the highest priority. Poses are guided by baby comfort at all times, and parents must remain present throughout the session. Sessions may be paused or shortened if the baby becomes unsettled. FAMILY SESSIONS Sessions are relaxed and child-led. Cooperation from children cannot be guaranteed, and refunds are not provided due to behavior or mood. WEDDING COVERAGE Timelines are agreed upon in advance. The Photographer is not responsible for missed images due to late arrivals, venue restrictions, or guest interference. EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY Images are captured candidly as situations allow. Specific shots cannot be guaranteed unless agreed upon in writing beforehand. LATE ARRIVALS Late arrivals may reduce your session time; however, sessions cannot be extended due to a late arrival. IMAGE DELIVERY Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery. Turnaround time is approximately: Image selection and editing are at the Photographer’s discretion. EDITING & STYLE By booking, you acknowledge you are familiar with the Photographer’s editing style. RAW files are not provided, and additional retouching may incur extra fees. COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USE Lea Bic Photography retains full copyright of all images. Clients receive a personal-use license for printing and sharing. Images may not be altered or used commercially without written permission. MODEL RELEASE I give permission for my images to be used for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes. YES / NO Client Initials: LIABILITY While every care is taken, Lea Bic Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond control. Liability is limited to a refund of monies paid. SAFETY Sessions may be stopped if conditions are unsafe. Clients are responsible for all participants, including children. AGREEMENT By signing below, you agree to the terms outlined above.
