 Booking & Studio Policies. Welcome to Lea_bic Photography. To ensure a professional, seamless, and enjoyable experience for all of our clients, the following policies apply to all portrait, family, commercial, and wedding photography sessions. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions

.1. Bookings & Security Retainers

• Securing Your Date: A non-refundable security retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your specific date and time slot in our calendar. No booking is confirmed until this payment is cleared.
• Balance Payments: For standard portrait sessions, the remaining balance is due on or before the day of your shoot. For weddings and major events, the final balance must be settled in full prior to the event date, as specified in your contract.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Client Rescheduling: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your session due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Your retainer will be transferred to a mutually convenient future date.
• Weather Contingencies: For outdoor location sessions, if inclement weather or heavy storms are forecast, Lea_bic Photography will make the final call to either move the session to our indoor Wodonga studio or reschedule to a new date.
• Cancellations: If a session is cancelled completely by the client without rescheduling, the security retainer is forfeited to cover lost commercial booking opportunities.

3. Studio & On-Location Conduct

• Studio Workspace: Our commercial photography studio is located at Shop 6, 137 High Street, Wodonga VIC 3690. To maintain a safe environment, children must be supervised at all times.
• Formal Wear & Wardrobe Care: To protect your investment and high-end formal wear (such as school formal or graduation attire), clients are strictly required to remain standing or use clean, designated studio seating during portrait sessions. Sitting or posing directly on the floor or ground is not permitted.
• Punctuality: Sessions begin and end strictly at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, that time is deducted from your shooting window to ensure subsequent clients are not delayed.

 4. Artistic Style & Gallery Delivery

• Editing Aesthetic: Lea_bic Photography takes pride in a professional, polished aesthetic. Each gallery is creatively enhanced using a mix of hand-adjustments and signature styling filters to bring out the depth, mood, and beauty of your session.
• Generous Image Delivery: We believe in delivering a comprehensive story of your session. Our packages feature a significantly higher number of delivered images than industry standard, ensuring you receive a complete collection of your memories.
• Online Galleries: Final high-resolution images are delivered via a secure online ShootProof gallery link. Galleries are not password protected; instead, clients simply log in using their email address for seamless, straightforward access to view and download their images.
• Unedited Files: Raw, unedited, or uncompressed files are never delivered under any circumstances, as they represent an unfinished business product.

• Public Liability: For your complete peace of mind, we carry a comprehensive $20,000,000 Public Liability Insurance policy through Elders.
• Child Safety: A current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) is maintained for all operations.
